He is responsible for supporting the operational activities of the Green Holding Group, encompassing the areas of cultivation, production, and logistics. He sets strategic goals and determines the directions of development.
He oversees investments as well as research and technological projects, including those related to sustainable development.
He is responsible for shaping the Group’s financial strategy and managing financial risk, supporting the CEO in making strategic decisions. He also plays a supervisory role in mergers and acquisitions processes.
He oversees the digital transformation process, ensuring IT security, regulatory compliance, and maintaining Green Holding’s relationships with stakeholders. His responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and sustainability reporting requirements.
As COO and Board Member, he is responsible for implementation of the business development strategy and ESG strategy for the entire Green Holding Group. Other areas of his responsibility include logistics, procurement, communications, security, compliance and corporate relations.
